In order to submit required details to architectural review boards, all exterior materials and colors – garage and entrance doors, siding materials and colors, roofing color, shutter colors – are chosen at this time. The homeowner will also choose the plumbing fixtures (sinks, faucets, tubs and commodes) on this visit.
